Mike started and grew the business with just $500.
A certified Mercedes-Benz technician with 7+ years of dealership experience and 10+ years of automotive experience. At the age of 8, Michael moved from St. Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands to Wakefield, NH where he took four years of an automotive technology course at Spaulding High School in Rochester, NH. During his time in high school, he found a job at a local tire shop, Tire Guys, changing tires, pumping gas, and going above and beyond doing whatever was asked of him. Once he realized he wanted to advance his skills, he took it to the next level and enrolled himself at the Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, Massachusetts. After many years working at a Mercedes-Benz dealership afterwards, it was time for change. Michael's dream was always to own and run a repair facility, one where he could provide customers with the best service in the industry. Thus, 603 MTech Autowerks was founded.

Joel is a proud father who is a passionate, certified Mercedes-Benz technician with 6+ years of dealership experience. In high school he studied coding and computer networking, but wanted to incorporate that into working with his hands. He studied automotive technology at Universal Technical Institute, followed by his attendance at the Mercedes-Benz Elite Star program where he achieved student of the course.
He was recruited by a Mercedes-Benz dealership upon graduation, and moved from Nashua, NH to Jacksonville, FL. Through his career with Mercedes he met Michael and found that they shared similar views beyond the dealership experience. Joel has always thrived to perfect his work and be a transparent technician, and found that the best place to do so was at 603 MTech Autowerks.

Meet Adam, a highly skilled and passionate Mercedes Benz technician with 6+ years of Mercedes experience and 10+ years in the automotive industry. From a young age, Adam had a natural talent for fixing things, which eventually led him to pursue a career in automotive repair. Adam attended Manchester School of Technology, completing two years of automotive high school and earning recognition as the Student of the Quarter for the entire school. He then went on to earn his associate's degree in automotive technology from Manchester Community College, solidifying his knowledge and expertise. While in school, Adam's journey with Mercedes Benz began when he joined a European independent shop, where he honed his skills and discovered his true love for working on Mercedes vehicles. After graduation, determined to take his career to new heights, he seized the opportunity to join the prestigious Mercedes Benz team. During his time at Mercedes, Adam achieved full factory certification from Mercedes Benz schooling, Mercedes Benz EQ certification, and had the privilege of working as a Mercedes engineering diagnostic technician for the dealership. These experiences allowed him to deepen his understanding of the intricacies of Mercedes vehicles and provide exceptional service to his clients. However, over time, Adam knew he wanted to do more for Mercedes clients and make more of a positive impact on the automotive industry as a whole. That's why he joined the incredible team at 603 Mtech Autowerks, where he has the opportunity to do just that and deliver exceptional results for all current and future 603 Mtech Autowerk clients.

Loving cars from a young age, Zack brings energy and passion to 603 MTech Autowerks every day without fail. His passion for cars coupled with four years of hospitality experience in the Hilton brand have given him a natural ability to connect with customers and allow customers to feel as comfortable as possible during their visit at 603 MTech Autowerks. Zack also brings a Bachelor's degree in Science Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and looks forward to using these skills towards helping customers and growing the business. Zack is responsible for sending estimates, ensuring a quality customer experience, growing public relations, maintaining inventory, answering the company phone, networking, lite vehicle maintenance, detailing vehicles, and maintaining a safe and clean shop environment.

Sebastian grew up with a big fascination for cars and trucks. He also grew a big interest in media and cameras in high school. Throughout high school and shortly after graduation, he spent time freelancing for musicians and businesses taking product shots, portraits, music videos, and more.
Seeking more involvement with cars, he found a job at a tire shop starting out as a lube tech. Wanting to learn as much as possible, he quickly grew as a technician absorbing everything from other techs, and later became the service manager of the tire shop with the intention of improving workflow and efficiency. He further grew in the industry after the tire shop by taking on dealership positions at Toyota and Mercedes-Benz.
It was at Mercedes-Benz where Sebastian came across Mike starting his business and reached out asking if he was looking for help running the shop. Everything is history from there.
